In a 1:1 session, we can include all the elements that will give you the relaxation and reset you need. Classes can also include breathwork, Yoga Nidra or Ecstatic Dance.

Meditation

Meditation is a fixed part of every Yoga class, taking many different forms: conscious movement, relaxing during the resting phase or guided visualisations.

Chanting

Discover the healing and calming properties of sound, of repetitive vocalization. We can work with humming, Yoga mantras or words and sounds from other spiritual traditions.

A very powerful way to integrate an affirmation is to anchor it into your body and subsconscious mind through conscious movement and breath.

Why Practice Yoga?

All forms of movement offer health benefits. But Yoga uniquely offers a combination of stretching, strengthening, relaxing and energizing. So you’re getting the maximum benefit for your time.

Why Work With Me?

My focus is mainly on facilitating a holistic experience for you. We are focusing on the positive effects of the poses on your body, not how they look on someone else. With a long meditation practice I can also help you to relax the mind as well as the body.

What Do I Need?

To work with me, all you need is a Yoga mat (or something comparable). We can practice anywhere, anytime. All levels and bodies are welcome, remember this is about gifting yourself the experience of consciously moving your body and relaxing your mind.

Are the Classes Virtual or In-Person?

Both is possible and welcome. Currently I’m offering in-person classes only in Vienna, Austria. But virtual classes are available worldwide, to ensure you have the best access!

Why a Private Session?

Traditionally Yoga has always been taught on a 1:1 basis, ensuring you get the best and safest alignment and a sequence that gives your body and mind exactly what they need that day, that very moment. Especially with a busy schedule it can be hard to fit in group classes, while Private Sessions are there at your timing, to cater to your unique needs.

How Long Are the Yoga Classes?

A standard Yoga Session with me is 90 minutes, however 60 or 120 minutes are possible as well. If you wish to book those durations, please use the contact form found in the menu and I will gladly set it up for you.

Is Yoga Really for Me?
